01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NexaPersona, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and agencies.

02What NexaPersona Does

NexaPersona is a social media management SaaS platform that allows users to:

• Connect Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, YouTube Channels, and TikTok accounts via OAuth
• Create, publish, and schedule posts and videos
• Manage content across multiple social accounts from a single dashboard
• View post analytics and performance data

03Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to use NexaPersona
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately at support@nexapersona.ai if you suspect unauthorized access

04Connecting Social Media Accounts

• You grant NexaPersona permission to post content on your behalf via OAuth
• You confirm you own or are authorized to manage connected accounts
• You are solely responsible for all content published through our platform
• You can disconnect accounts at any time from your dashboard
• We store tokens securely and use them only for actions you request
• This includes Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts

05TikTok Specific Terms

When connecting your TikTok account:

• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You confirm you are authorized to post content to the connected TikTok account
• Content published via NexaPersona is subject to TikTok's content moderation policies
• TikTok may remove content or restrict accounts that violate their policies, which is outside our control

06Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NexaPersona to:

• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content
• Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, or IP-infringing content
• Circumvent social media platform rate limits or terms of service
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of NexaPersona
• Use bots or scripts to manipulate engagement metrics
• Violate Meta's Platform Policies, YouTube's Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service, or any other platform rules

07Subscription and Billing

08Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Third-party platform outages or API changes (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Force majeure events

NexaPersona is not liable for missed posts or business losses caused by platform downtime or API changes.

09Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you create through NexaPersona
• NexaPersona's platform, design, code, and branding are our exclusive property
• You grant NexaPersona a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service
• You must not use NexaPersona's name or branding without written permission

10Limitation of Liability

NexaPersona is not liable for:

• Loss of followers, reach, or revenue from social media platform changes
• Content that fails to publish due to API errors or rate limits
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions taken by social media platforms including account suspension

11Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from account settings
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, tokens are deleted and data erased within 30 days
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in billing policy

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice for significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
