How to Request Deletion

From your account

  1. 1Log into NexaPersona
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account
  3. 3Click "Delete Account"

Disconnect via Facebook

  1. 1Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. 2Find NexaPersona → Remove
  3. 3Email us to delete remaining stored data

Disconnect via TikTok

  1. 1TikTok → Settings → Security
  2. 2Manage App Permissions → NexaPersona → Revoke
  3. 3Email us to delete remaining stored data

Email us directly

  1. 1Send request to support@nexapersona.ai
  2. 2Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. 3Include your full name and registered email
